Specific Products Covered By The Early Harvest Programme
Under Article 6(3)(2.)(m)

A.Brunei and Singapore shall be parties to any arrangements that have been agreed on or will be agreed to between China and any other Party pursuant to Article 6(3)(a)(iii). Brunei and Singapore shall, as soon as is practically possible after the date of signature of this Agreement, provide the HS codes and product descriptions that will correspond to the HS codes and product descriptions of those specific products that have been. agreed to or that will be agreed to between China and any other Party pursuant to Article 6(3)(a)(iii).

B.The following parties have completed their negotiations with China and their specific products are as follows:
1.Cambodia: Nil
2.Indonesia:

3 Lao PDR: Nil
4.Myanmar: Nil
5.Thailand:

6. Vietnam: Nil

C. The following parties have not completed their negotiations with China, and shall complete negotiations on their specific products by 1 March 2003:

1. Malaysia

2. Philippines
