Thailand Lawyers and Attorneys

The Thailand Lawyers directory is a list of qualified lawyers and resources for finding a qualified lawyers in Thailand. The Lawyers list includes lists to other lawyers lists, including Embassy lists and government resources listing Thailand Lawyers. The Thailand Law Forum Lawyers List endeavors to provide information for finding lawyers in Thailand but does not endorse any of the Thailand lawyers listed below nor does it make any claims about the quality of their practice Nevertheless, in compliance with international ethical standards for Attorney conduct, including the American Bar Association rules, Ethical guidelines and Disciplinary Rules, the Thailand Law Firm will not list Lawyers who we know to be 1) unlicensed 2) or engaged in the unauthorized practice of Law 3) persons fraudulently representing themselves as attorneys. 4) Further, in compliance with American Bar Association Rules, we will also not list “legal consultant” companies, which are owned or managed by non lawyers. The American Bar Association expressly prohibits attorneys forming business associations with non-lawyers for the purpose of providing legal services.
