Costs

Section 252 In all criminal cases, the Court of Justice is prohibited from charging fees other than those provided in this Chapter.

Section 253 In the case where the prosecutor is the plaintiff and there is a request to return or use the value of the property attached to the criminal complaint under section 43, or there is a request from the injured party to compel the defendant to pay compensation and not collect fees.
