CHAPTER VI
EXECUTION IN CASE OF ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY ON THE REGISTER
Section 360. 361 With regard to execution in the case where a court renders a judgement or an order granting or declaring that a judgement creditor or any person has acquired ownership, real right or other rights in relation to property, if such property is a thing on the register and there is an interruption preventing the register to be altered, the judgement creditor or such person may make a request for the court to order the registrar, competent authority or person who is competent under law to carry out the registration in order for the name of the entitled person to appear on the register in accordance with the order of the court. The provision of section 357, paragraph three shall apply, mutatis mutandis.
