Thailand and Cambodia have denied there is a clamp down on illegal migrant workers by the junta following nearly 180,000 Cambodian laborers fleeing Thailand reports The Bangkok Post.

Thailand and Cambodia have agreed to work more closely in the future to prevent similar situations from occurring and to improve communications on Thailand labor law issues.

The news comes following Thailand’s recent announcement that it planned to legalize all alien workers to try and eradicate human trafficking.
