South African Police Arrest Man After Finding Female Genitals in Freezer
A Danish man living in South Africa has been detained by police after they discovered 21 frozen female genitals in his freezer, reports UPI.
The discovery came after Peter Fredekrisen’s wife rang police claiming he had drugged her and cut of a piece of her vagina.
Upon a search of his home they came across 21 freezer bags, each containing a piece of female genitalia and carefully labeled with the woman’s name, the date and where she was from.
He is believed to have sedated the women before operating.
He faces charges including sexual assault, intimidation and domestic violence. He was asked not to plead at his first court hearing this week.
His next court date is September 28th.

Female genital mutilation is still rife in certain parts of Africa, but is rarely reported on elsewhere. In the south of Thailand however, it is a rising cultural practice among Muslim communities.
What Thailand is well known for however, is the gender reassignment surgery which is so popular due to the high number of transgenders in the country. In the past few years this has gone from being very much a fringe medical practice, to a more mainstream procedure.
