Police State News: Students Punished for Refusing Tracking Microchips

Student IDs in San Antonio area schools are now being implemented with Texas Radio Frequency Identification chips to curb problems with truancy.

The RFID chipped IDs are supposed to help school officials in the Northside ISD to know where every student is at all times and reduce the number of absent students. However, one student refused to participate and said the mandatory program was against her religion and claimed the RFID chips was the “mark of the best.”  Now she is being punished for refusing the surveillance chip.
