Planned Parenthood Foe in Legal Battle
The anti-abortion group responsible for the now infamous undercover Planned Parenthood videos are appealing to the federal judge’s order to disclose the names of those they conspired with in order to get the footage.

U.S. District Judge William H. Orrick rejected the Center for Medical Progress’ arguments that such a disclosure would violate their First Amendment rights.
The National Abortion Federation sued the center in July on the grounds that secretly filming the meetings breached a confidentiality agreement. Orrick says the Federation needs the names of those who helped.
