Indian Court Grants Divorce to Husband of Sex-Addict Wife

A man filed for divorce in Mumbai, India on the grounds that his wife was “aggressive and autocratic with an insatiable appetite for sex,” reports The Times of India.

After the wife did not appear in court to contest the allegations, a family court granted the husband the divorce, which the man had petitioned for in January 2014.

According to The Times of India, the man described his wife as “adamant, aggressive, stubborn and autocratic”, and said that from the beginning of their marriage in April 2012, she would harass him for sex even if he was tired from work or did not consent.

The man further claimed that his wife refused to seek therapy and threatened him if he would tell anyone about her behavior.
