Remark: The reason for promulgating this Ministerial Regulation is because it is appropriate to improve the rate of contributions for compensation payment in the event of injury, illness, disability, death, childbirth, child support, and old age by stipulating that the government, the employer, and the worker, according to section 33, contribute money to the Social Security Fund at an appropriate rate to relieve the burden of the employer and the worker and to harmonize with the economic and social conditions presently. It is therefore appropriate to issue this Ministerial Regulation.
