หมวด ๖ การสิ้นสุดแห่งการสมรส ————————- มาตรา ๑๕๐๑ การสมรสย่อมสิ้นสุดลงด้วยความตาย การหย่า หรือศาลพิพากษาให้เพิกถอน มาตรา ๑๕๐๒ การสมรสที่เป็นโมฆียะสิ้นสุดลงเมื่อศาลพิพากษาให้เพิกถอน มาตรา ๑๕๐๓ เหตุที่จะขอให้ศาลพิพากษาเพิกถอนการสมรส เพราะเหตุว่าเป็นโมฆียะ มีเฉพาะในกรณีที่คู่สมรสทำการฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๑๔๔๘ มาตรา ๑๕๐๕ มาตรา ๑๕๐๖ มาตรา ๑๕๐๗ และมาตรา ๑๕๐๙ มาตรา ๑๕๐๔ การสมรสที่เป็นโมฆียะเพราะฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๑๔๔๘ ผู้มีส่วนได้เสียขอให้เพิกถอนการสมรสได้ แต่บิดามารดาหรือผู้ปกครองที่ให้ความยินยอมแล้วจะขอให้เพิกถอนการสมรสไม่ได้ ถ้าศาลมิได้สั่งให้เพิกถอนการสมรสจนชายหญิงมีอายุครบตามมาตรา ๑๔๔๘ หรือเมื่อหญิงมีครรภ์ก่อนอายุครบตามมาตรา […]
