The proposed bill would ban any sexual act deemed unconventional
UK has proposed a Digital Economy Bill that will ban a large array of sexual acts from being published online reports Independent. All acts that would not be allowed for commercially available DVD sale by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) will be banned.
Other provisions include stricter age verifications by websites meant to prevent children from accessing adult content. The law was amended to ban any website found in violation of the rules.

According to a report by The Guardian, “Pictures and videos that show spanking, whipping or caning that leaves marks, and sex acts involving urination, female ejaculation or menstruation as well as sex in public” will be banned should the law come to pass. Another regulation that would be enforced is the four finger rule which does not allow more than four fingers to be inserted into any orifice for sexual acts.
Although many see the need for age verification, they do not feel that such strict regulations over sexual acts are necessary for adults.
