The 2010 Elections in Burma – In the International Spotlight

Burma (Myanmar) has featured in quite a few news stories recently, due to the highly debated topic of its upcoming elections in November.

In a recent article in CNN, Burma’s Electoral Commission Chairman stated that Burma will not allow international monitors to oversee its elections on November 7th.
