Music lovers trapped in Thailand take heart – band “Incubus” will rock Thailand on January 28th, for the “Silverlake Music Festival 2012”. The festival will be held inPattaya,Thailand, at the Silverlake Pattaya Vineyard, and will feature a variety of artists, including “Seether” and “Owl City”. Incubus is a band from the US state of California known for it’s alternative rock style.
Beyond merely a concert venue, Silverlake Vineyard is one of Pattaya’s more interesting locations, as it contains both winery and a resort.

It’s very sad what has been done to Silverlake in the last year. It’s long been one of the most beautiful areas in Thailand, and the Buddha on the mountain and nearby temples added to it’s tranquil and almost spiritual ambiance. Sadly the recent excessive construction there is turning Silverlake into little more than a cheap gaudy extension of Pattaya.
