Scalia: Internment Camps will return

United States Supreme Court Justice Scalia made an astonishing remark during a recent visit to the University of Hawaii law school. As reported by the Washington Times, Scalia commented that during times of war, internment camps, like the ones that were used during World War 2, for interning Japanese Americans in the United States, will happen again. “It was wrong but I would not be surprised to see it happen again, in time of war, it’s no justification, but it is the reality,” Scalia said citing the US Supreme Court case, Korematsu v.
