We recently recorded a video discussing the reality of the legalization of gay marriage in Thailand, but we wanted to gain an insight into what people around Bangkok actually thought and whether they believed it was likely to become a reality in Thailand.

The views we got, from both foreigners and Thais, were open and positive, believing that Thailand would be the first country in Asia to legalize gay marriage. Only one man was cautious and shared our concern that despite the public positivity that the conservatism of the Thai public means that it is unlikely to every actually be legalized, but it certainly remains an interesting topic, and one we will ensure to keep you updated on.
