ThaiLawForum took interest in the Planned Parenthood scandal that broke in summer 2015, where videos emerged that allegedly saw the sexual health clinic illegally selling aborted fetal body parts.
Although Planned Parenthood was subjected to extreme backlash including many states announcing that they would be withdrawing public funding, it seems that The Center for Medical Progress who set up the sting, are now at the most trouble from the law.
Now, undercover agents from The Center for Medical Progress David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt, have been indicted on charges of tampering with government records.
Child abduction lawyers in Bangkok Chaninat and Leeds have been defending family rights in Thailand for decades.
Daleiden, 26, said in a statement that said that he used the “same undercover techniques that investigative journalists have used for decades in exercising our First Amendment rights to freedom of speech and of the press, and follows all applicable laws.”
The grand jury investigation cleared Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast of any wrongdoing.
