Controversial law requires no permit to carry concealed guns
Certain parts of the Missouri gun law have come into effect according to Missourinet.
One is the expansion of the “Babysitter Castle Doctrine” that allows people who have been authorized to be on the property by a legal resident to use deadly force if the individual deems it necessary.
Another is the “Stand Your Ground” measure which removes a person’s need to retreat before using force if the person feels threatened.
The main provision which allows a person to carry a concealed firearm without a permit or prior training goes into effect on January 1st 2017.
However, a permit is still required in places such as schools, churches, restaurants and bars reports Missourinet.

Gun laws in Thailand are very strict. I have a friend who got arrested for having a BB gun in his car. He did not know that the BB gun was illegal but the police did not believe him and he got sent to court. But he beat the case because he said that it was his friend’s and he didn’t even know it was a BB gun.
