The House Committee on the Judiciary has held a hearing examining the privacy implications of allowing aerial drones into domestic airspace, suggesting potential legislation may come into force in the not too distant future restricting the use of drones. Although drones are already in use across the US, but 2015 the airspace will be opened up to wider use. During the hearing, the “Preserving American Privacy Act 2013” was discussed.
