If you follow Thai Law Forum regularly, you’re probably already aware that we cover gun issues. A lot. So we’re pleased to announce the newest Thai law translation available in our law databases: Thailand’s Gun Law.
The law, more eloquently titled “The Firearms, Ammunition, Explosives, Fireworks, and the Equivalent of Firearms Act,” sets regulations for the purchase, use and sale of guns and explosives.
The Act is available in its entirety. Gun enthusiasts: if that doesn’t get you excited, we don’t what does. Except for maybe Ted Nugent.
