A former UK Government medical officer whose job was to determine medicine safety has accused the Government of “utterly inexplicable complacency” over whether the MMR vaccine is safe, reports Health Impact News.
Dr Peter Fletcher, previously Chief Scientific Officer at the Department of Health, has said that if proof is found that the triple vaccine causes autism:
“the refusal by governments to evaluate the risks properly will make this one of the greatest scandals in medical history.”

Fletcher says he has seen “steady accumulation of evidence” from scientists that links the jab to brain damage in children.
“There are very powerful people in positions of great authority in Britain and elsewhere who have staked their reputations and careers on the safety of MMR and they are willing to do almost anything to protect themselves,” he said.
