The winner of Miss Universe Vietnam beauty pageant last week has been accused of having plastic surgery to improve her appearance – a move that violates the competitions rules.
As Thai PBS reports, an anonymous letter was sent to the pageant organizers alleging that Pham Thi Huong has had cosmetic surgery to her jaw to make it longer and slimmer.

The 24 year old maintains that the change to her jaw is down to make up techniques, and that she as well as other contestants was checked by a doctor to ensure the girls are natural.
