Who would win that battle?
Well, while the lawyer won in court (Lindsay’s going to rehab instead of jail), Lohan’s father, Michael, had some strong words for the attorney.
Michael Lohan was upset that Lindsay’s attorney, Mark Heller, almost had his daughter jailed. Michael Lohan stated that Heller had repeatedly avoided a plea deal. Lindsay plead “no contest” to a misdemeanor charge for reckless driving and providing false information to police after a 2012 car crash.

Michael Lohan has been critical of his daughter’s representation since the beginning of her case. Lohan’s lawyer, in a hearing earlier in March, had asked the judge to delay in the case in order to work out a deal. After pleading “no contest,” Lohan walked out of the courtroom avoiding 245 days in jail.
So even while Lohan’s lawyer helped her avoid jail time (getting time in rehab instead), the actress’ father still had harsh words for a laywer who did his job well. More proof that being a lawyer is not what it’s cracked up to be:
