The US Supreme Court has thrown out a death sentence for a murder conviction, because the jury was all white and the defendant was black.
Prosecutors violated the Constitution by purposely designing the jury to keep African-Americans out.
The defense lawyers obtained notes made by the prosecutors which revealed their efforts to ensure the jury was all white.

Now, the Supreme Court says he is entitled to a new trial.
