Freedom of Press vs. FISA Wiretapping

The Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to allow the media and other parties to challenge the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).

The government is allowed to monitor international communications even if the person on one end is in the U.S. Now the group has stated that the law strains their relationship with sources.
