A divorce lawyer is giving evidence at a murder trial of one of his former client’s ex spouse reports ABA Journal following a shooting which occurred in 2002.
Mr Nozolino lost custody of the couple’s children during a divorce in the late 1990s.

He is now standing trial for wounding the lawyer currently giving evidence who represented his ex wife; attempting to shoot the judge who presided in the divorce case by firing into his home in 2001; and violently killing in 2008 a man with whom Nozolino’s by then ex-wife, Beverly, reportedly had a brief affair years earlier, before her and Nozolino were divorced.
