Divorce Lawyer Gets 2 Years in Tax Evasion, Eavesdropping

A veteran divorce attorney who set up spouses of her client’s with artificial DUI cases, using illegal wiretaps, to disrepute their characters in court has now found herself in hot water. As reported by SF Gate, a female divorce lawyer with many decades of experience from California has been sentenced to two years in Federal prison after admitting to tax evasion and illegal eavesdropping.

To win further financial settlements in divorce cases for her clients, Mary Nolan, the beleaguered divorce lawyer hired a private investigator to plant illegal listening devices into her client’s soon-to-be ex-husband’s cars, and set them up for DUI (driving under the influence) by hiring beautiful women to hit on them and buy them drinks in a bars before they drive off and get pulled over by tipped off police officers.

According to Chaninat and Leeds divorce attorney, Jiraporn Thongphong,  moral evidence, and evidence of appalling conducts by the other spouses, are often prescribed in divorce cases, in particular with regard to which divorce spouses is more qualified to have child custody rights. Nevertheless investigators are frequently employed in all kinds of divorce cases. However, there is not normally a need to fabricate evidence to discredit an opposing party as the evidence usually already exist and it is just a matter of discovering it.
