According to the Washington Times, a lawsuit has been filed against FBI Director James Comey, accusing him of lying to congress and destroying evidence in the investigation into Hilary Clinton’s email scandal.
Ty Clevenger, a former Justice Department lawyer, filed the grievance in New York, stating that Comey gave false testimony and predetermined the outcome of the investigation by prematurely drafting Clinton’s exoneration.

“Insofar as Mr. Comey gave materially false testimony to Congress, it appears that he violated Rules 1.0(w), 3.3(a)(1), and 8.4 of the New York Rules of Professional Conduct”, Clevenger wrote.
Comey risks being disbarred as a result of the lawsuit.
