A homeowner with a reoccurring rain leak has found that his walls were stuffed with foam, candy wrappers and paper scraps which has raised concern over the quality of the workmanship of The Base Condo, on Sukhumvit 77, Bangkok reports the Bangkok Post.
Now understandably, homeowners in other condos of that building are worried.
