Breitbart reports the Canadian Court ruled that certain sex acts involving animals are legal provided that no penetration is involved.
The court ruled an overwhelming 7 to 1 in a case involving a man convicted of raping his stepdaughters. Apart from being charged with 12 counts of sexual assault, the man was also charged with one count of bestiality as reports indicated that he had “smeared peanut butter on the genitals of his victims and had the family dog lick it off while he videotaped the act.”

The man’s lawyer argued that since no penetration was involved, bestiality did not come into play according to a 1955 code. The court then ruled that “bestiality required penetration.”
The one opponent to the law being passed was Justice Rosalie Abella, who said that any sexual act with an animal regardless of penetration is inherently exploitative.
