An Orange County judge was censured for several violations including having sex on separate occasions with two former law students in his judge’s chambers, according to The Huffington Post Crime.
The California Commission on Judicial Performance rebuked Judge Scott Steiner, stating in its decision that “engaging in sexual intercourse in the courthouse is the height of irresponsible and improper behavior by a judge.”
