According to Time, more millennials could finally be able to afford to buy their own property thanks to a British doctor who is selling land for 10 acres per penny. But there’s a catch, it’s out of this world.
Doctor Philip Davies claims to own land on Mars after he started shooting microparticle lasers at it seven years ago. By his research, he says that altering the surface of Mars, even at a microscopic level, allows you to claim ownership of land.
