Baltimore police are responding to assault claims, after a 13 year old boy kissed a 14 year old girl for a dare, reports WJLA.
The unwanted kiss, which happened during school time, means the boy is now facing second degree assault charges as a juvenile.
Police say no one was injured during the incident, and disciplinary actions such as suspension or expulsion are to be handled by the school system.
