The lawsuit claims the movement is inciting a racial war against cops
The Head of the Dallas police organization, Sergeant Demetrick Pennie, filed a lawsuit on September 16 against “Black Lives Matter figureheads and other prominent individuals” for inciting a racial war against American police officers reports Breitbart.
The 66 page suit goes after several individuals and organizations and alleges that each of them was responsible for using the movement as a way to incite attacks against police officers resulting in the death of 5 officers as well as the wounding of seven others in the Dallas area.

Among the individuals being sued are Louis Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam; Malik Zulu Shabazz; Rev. Al Sharpton and the National Action Network and the New Black Panthers; George Soros; President Barack Obama; former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder; and Democrat Nominee Hillary Clinton.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs hope for “award in excess of $500 million.”
