Over half of the coin operated drinking water machines in Bangkok are allegedly unsafe to drink, reports Thai PBS.

The water was tested by a subcommittee of the private sector Independent Organization for Consumers Protection, who took samples from 855 water vending machines in the capital.
There were several factors included in the results, such as unclean body parts of the machines and unhygienic locations.
