This week, Bangkok has hosted the 2013 International AIDS Conference.
In 2012, there were 35.3 million people living with HIV worldwide.
We interviewed Sompong Chareonsuk, from UNAIDS (Uniting the world against AIDS) about the conference and how research into AIDS/HIV is developing in Asia and the Pacific Region and he then showed us around the conference.
