Arkansas Passes Law Allowing Guns on College Campuses

by Admin on February 18, 2013

Arkansas’ House of Representatives recently passed legislation that would allow faculty and staff on college campuses to carry concealed weapons. The bill gives colleges and universities in the state the right to decide for themselves whether or not to allow the firearms.

The bill has the full backing of Governor Mike Beebe, who recently passed similar legislation that would give places of worship jurisdiction over allowing concealed-carry.
