Alabama Activist Dad Seeks Fairer Custody Laws

Alabama Family Rights Association (ALFRA) President, Kenneth Paschal, is urging parents to vote “no” to House Bill 333 – a child custody bill.

The bill is sponsored by State Rep Mike Jones, and suggests that children should have ‘frequent and continuing’ contact with both parents, however Paschal argues that this description is insufficient, and it promotes standard visitation rights, which can mean as little as 4-6 days a month with one parent.
