Potential clients include travel agents, cargo shippers, and hotels. Suing PAD (The People’s Alliance for Democracy or “Punthamit” as they are known in Thailand) could be a political hot potato however. Nevertheless many Thailand Law Firms have already begun arranging their lawsuits. It is reported that major airlines may be leading the pack in lawsuits against the PAD.
