Anti-Rohingya Demonstrations by Buddhist Monks

Hundreds of Buddhists monks in Myanmar have staged an anti-Rohingya rally in support of sending the minority group to another country.

Many of the monks criticized United Nation’s human rights envoy Tomas Ojea Quintana, who has faced accusations of being biased in favor of the Rohingya. This is the third day of the protest with the numbers growing each day.
