Thailand’s AMLO May Seize Pracha Assets
The Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO) is considering confiscating assets belonging to ex-deputy interior minister Pracha Maleenont and the former city fire department chief reports The Bangkok Post.
The Supreme Court on Tuesday found Pracha and Pol Maj Gen Athilak Tanchukiat guilty for their roles in the fire truck and boat procurement deal and they were handed 12 and 10 year sentences respectively.

AMLO have said they will look into the court’s ruling for sections related to illegally gained assets.
