Does Snowden Have The Chance Of Asylum?
Bolivia has thrown their hat into the ring by announcing today it would consider offering whistle blower Edward Snowden asylum to escape from what it describes as the “US empire”.
It is understood that Snowden remains in transit in Russia and it was thought that his options were fast running out.

Whilst Bolivian president Evo Morales has confirmed that no formal application has been made by Snowden, he alluded that if any application were made it would be looked on favourably.
His comments were echoed by the Venezuelan government, who have called for the world to protect the fugitive.
