U.S. Copyright Group Recommends Thailand Be Added to “Watch List”
The International Intellectual Property Alliance (IIPA) is urging the United States government to increase Thailand’s ranking on its list of countries that violate intellectual property rights. IIPA is the top lobbying group in the U.S. pushing for tougher laws on piracy and counterfeit. The group is recommending Thailand be added to the U.S. Trade Representative’s “Watch List” for 2013.
IIPA’s press release was issued last Thursday, and stated that “piracy runs rampant” in Thailand and has been hindering the market for creative content. According to the release, illegal downloads from “media boxes” that house hundreds of copyrighted content and illegal camcording are the most severe violations.

A thailand based company is selling an image that is copyright to me but they sell giclee copies of it on anazon and their website as being done by damien hirst. I have the actual painting in my house and I cannot seem to get any help , despite contacting the company and amazon.
